Abstract
After more than two years of consultation and five drafts an ‘improved’ version of the European model for business excellence used in quality awards and self‐assessments was released on 21 April in Geneva. The European Foundation for Quality Management, which managed the redevelopment process and now controls copyright on the model, explains the changes.
