An evaluation of Neospora caninum Tachyzoites Cultivation in Attachment (Vero) and Suspension (Mouse macrophage) Cell Lines

استفاده شده است. در مطالعه حاضر، حساسیت دو سل لاين ماکروفاژ موش و Veroنسبت به کشت، تکثیر و پاساژهای متوالي تکي زوئیت های Neospora caninumدر شرايط کشت سلول) )in vitroمقايسه شده است. علاوه بر اين به منظور ارزيابي میزان حدت تکي زوئیت های انگل به دست آمده در شرايط کشت سلول در مدل های آزمايشگاهي حیواني) ،)in vivoيك مطالعه مقدماتي بر روی تخم مرغ جنین دار انجام شد با اين هدف که آيا نوع سلول میزبان در در شرايط کشت سلول به تخفیف حدت تکي زوئیت های نئوسپورا در مدل های آزمايشگاهي حیواني منجر مي شود يا خیر
ماکروفاژ موش امکان پذير است. اخیراً تخم مرغ جنین دار به عنوان مدل مناسبي در مطالعه تجربي عفونت زايي Neospora caninumو هم چنین بررسي حدت تکي زوئیت های Neospora )13(caninumاستفاده شده است
Summary
Neospora caninum is an intracellular protozoan considered as a serious disease agent in cattle and dogs. پس از مشاهده تکثیر اولیه انگل، تفاوت حدت تکي زوئیت های تکثیر شده، بعد از چند پاساژ متوالي، در تخم مرغ جنین دار مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.
