Abstract
ABSTRACT: The surrogate worth tradeoff method is utilized for evaluation of alternative sewage sludge disposal systems for the Boston, Massachusetts, area. The two objectives incorporated into a decision‐making framework are net economic benefit and level of environmental impact.
