An Evaluation Method of Equipment Development Priority Combining Subjective and Objective

Abstract

This article proposes a Subjective And Objective Evaluation (SAOE) method for equipment development priorities. By establishing the evaluation index system of equipment development priority evaluation, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weights of each indicator in the indicator system, and then use the deviation maximization method to determine the objective weight of each indicator in the indicator system. Finally, based on least square method and relative entropy principle, combining subjective and objective weights to obtain the combined weight value of indicators, to obtain the equipment development priority. This method uses SAOE method to evaluate the priority of equipment development, which improves the scientific and reliability of the evaluation results, and is more practical, and provides a reliable basis for equipment development planning.
