Abstract

Knowledge parallel processing is an important technique in the development of computer science and knowledge engineering, especially in the case of real time process control and oth e r critical time fields. Recently the programming languages employed over the world such as PRO LOG and ADA were developed separately. The former is characterized by declarative description and sequential processing, the later is used for object oriented task parallel processing. This paper attempt to present an programming approach to implement parallel execution of logical programs in the environment of SUN ADA. It involves data structure, programming strategy, AND/OR processing, literal pattern matching, argument unification on the basis of comparison and contracts of logical programs and SUN ADA. Examples show the effectiveness of such an approach.
