Abstract

This paper describes, how based on this author's experience in project management, the three most commonly used change management approaches can help to effectively plan and execute a project. The ADKAR model, the Lewin model, and Kotter's 8 step change model are each evaluated in this context. Strategies, applications, and implications are provided at different organizational levels for project planning and implementation.
