Abstract

As the heterogeneous service requirements in vehicular networks (VNs) increase, caching, computing, and communication (3C) resources should be dynamically allocated. Unlike a traditional cellular wireless network with a fixed topology among base stations (BSs), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can constitute an energy-efficient rearrangeable wireless network serving VNs. The 3C resource allocation and UAV-based wireless network topology can be adaptively adjusted according to the service requirements of VNs by appropriate artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. Although AI algorithms have been well studied in wireless networks, an energy-efficient intelligent frame for UAV service and arrangement should be further investigated.
