Abstract

Automatic monitoring of energy efficiency is important to evaluate and debug new production lines, and to detect the performance of existing production lines. A novel monitoring method is proposed based on intelligent model of fuzzy computing technology. The method is modeled as a 2-dimension input and 1-dimension output computing model. In which, the production quantity and the energy consumption are adopted as the 2-dimension feature parameters, the 1-dimension output is defined as energy efficiency of the production line. The application of advanced fuzzy computing technology effectively overcomes the inflexible disadvantages of the manual detecting methods and the traditional modeling methods. Experimental results show that the proposed model method runs steadily and reliability with high precision.
