Abstract

This study constructs a buffer effect model of organizational socialization and employee performance based on the psychological ownership approach. The study result of 312 employees from South China shows that psychological ownership is a mediator between organizational socialization and employee performance, which means organizational socialization not only affect employee performance, but also affect employee performance indirectly through psychological ownership
