Abstract

Online learning is common techniques that used by several higher educations to improve the quality of learning, which combines face to face learning and online learning. This research discussed the effective blended learning in higher education specifically is intended to measure and evaluate blended learning implemented at one of private university in Jakarta and also do study in several private universities about the implementation of e-learning and face to face learning. The purpose of this research is evaluating blended learning with the SLOAN C model research to improve the quality of blended learning itself. The primary data collected during this research included interviews and questionnaires with total 97 respondents, consist of 50 respondents as lecturers and 47 respondents as students. Data analyzed is using multiple regression models with SPSS Amos Version 22. This research was tested 4 (four) hypotheses, and the result is rejected the H1 (learning effectiveness) and accepted H2 (institutional commitment), H3 (User Satisfaction), and H4 (facility and access). According to the result, conclusion for effective blended learning is starting from the instiutional commitment as foundation, otherwise the facility and access should be improved and appropriate with the learning conditions and the satisfaction of user will be increased and the learning will be more effective.
