Abstract

Subject: This paper researches how institutional investors influence the behavior of large shareholders’ benefits transportation from the typological perspective of institutional investors. The results show that active and passive institutional investors can effectively inhibit the benefits transportation of large shareholders; and as uncertain institutional investors, securities investment funds have no significant effect on large shareholders’ benefits transportation.
