Abstract

Temperature and density dependences of pressure for an isochoric process are given. The density corresponding to a kink of a linear density dependence on pressure and the temperature at which there is no such a kink for diethyl ketone were determined for the first time. An empirical equation of state for liquid diethyl ketone with only three constant coefficients found experimentally over the temperature range 333–513 K was obtained.
