Abstract
The “CASSITRON” actually under development is an accelerator operating at 166 MHz using a high power triode TH 116 operated at 4 MV peak 50 kW average, and a resonator made of three cavities working in π- mode, similar to the lines used on the electron and positron stockage rings.
