Abstract
高齢発症の舞踏運動を呈したもやもや病の一例を報告した．症例は63歳，女性で高次脳機能障害と両側上肢の舞踏運動を認めた．頭部MRIにて，両側内頸動脈と後大脳動脈の閉塞がみられ，もやもや血管が描出されたので，もやもや病と診断した．脳血流SPECTでは，両側基底核を含む広範囲な血流低下を認めた．舞踏運動は入院後自然軽快したが，高次脳機能障害は残存した．
