Abstract
Scrotal ultrasonography (US] revealed a mass replacing the entire left testis (Figure 1). The mass had heteregeneous echogenicity and there was a small associated hydrocele (Figure 2). The epididymis was normal in appearance and there was no evidence of skin thickening. The right hemiscrotum and contents were normal. Computed tomography (CT] was performed for the purpose of evaluating pelvic and abdominal lymph nodes. No lymphadenopathy was identified. The left scrotal mass was of soft-tissue density with no necrosis or calcification. There was no definite invasion of the scrotal wall or spermatic cord.
