Abstract
In the superacidic media HF/SbF 5, hydroxylation of several Tröger’s bases was performed using sodium persulfate as a hydroperoxonium H 3 O 2 + precursor. The obtained products are selectively hydroxylated in good yields on unusual positions of the aromatic rings.
