An effective Schmidt’s subspace theorem for arbitrary hypersurfaces over function fields

Abstract

We establish an effective version of Schmidt’s subspace theorem on a smooth projective variety [Formula: see text] over function fields of characteristic zero for arbitrary family of hypersurfaces. We also show an application to study a general Thue equation over function fields.
