Abstract

In this paper we describe a modified measurement method of dynamic responses of the electronic nose matrix containing seven TGS sensors. According to our idea, the odour pattern was extended, apart from commonly used elements such as relative amplitudes and surfaces of the response curves, with additional coordinates such as skewness, kurtosis and full width at half maximum. The proposed approach allows for fast and relatively simple on-line analysis of the sensor data.
