Abstract

An effective electromagnetic interference (EMI) source reconstruction method based on dynamic differential evolution (DDE) is proposed in this article. In this method, an unknown EMI source is represented by an equivalent dipole array by using the scanned phaseless magnetic near fields. Different from the conventional differential evolution (CDE) method, DDE individually updates every equivalent dipole instead of the whole dipole array for each iteration. It converges faster and takes less computing time than CDE. The equivalent dipole model reconstructed by DDE can thereafter predict the near field and 3-m far field efficiently. The results of numerical and measurement examples have verified the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.
