The results indicted the fluctuation of both the agricultural area the productivity of the sugarcane crop , the total production and the productivity of sugar, and the increased production costs, total revenue, and net yield, as well as the instability of the return on the pound invested for the sugar cane. As for the sugar beet crop, the agricultural area , the productivity , the total production, the total revenue, the net yield, the amount of sugar produced, the increased productivity costs, and the instability of the return on the invested pound. The comparison of the indicators of production efficiency and economic performance showed an increase in the amount of sugar produced in the season by 41.5 tons, and the availability of productive and economic efficiency of sugar production from the water unit by 293.8 kg/1000cubic meter for sugar-baking crops. The results of the study of the proposed alternatives also found that the first and third alternatives were rejected, and that the second alternative could be applied because it gives the lowest rate of increase in water needs by 387 m3/ Fadden, the reduction of imports by 229,000 tons, at a value of about 1.31 million pounds, and the possibility of applying the fourth alternative.
