Abstract

The icing of conductors may seriously affect the safe operation of the power grid, and it is imminent to research the early warning of icing of the power grid. This paper innovatively cites a mesoscale digital-intelligent weather forecast technology considering the influence of micro-topography and combining the power grid meteorological monitoring data to realize the monitoring and early warning of icing on the transmission line of the provincial power grid. The accuracy of the icing forecast can be improved through the interpolation correction of micro-topographic factors and the statistical correction of meteorological monitoring network monitoring. The study has achieved remarkable results in realizing precise line inspections and scientific ice-melting decision-making, enhancing the ability of power grid ice disaster prevention and mitigation, and has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for improving power grid security.
