An Catholic and Enhanced Study on Basis Path Testing to Avoid Infeasible Paths in CFG

Abstract

AbstractBasis path testing is an imperative test method in white box testing it is also known as structured testing methodology. It fallows internal logic so, this approach generates and articulate set of independent paths present in the source code called as basis paths taken from the control flow graph (CFG) and uses the cyclomatic complexity. These basis paths are used to design the test cases while deriving these paths from the CFG some of paths may be infeasible.
