Abstract
Paracoccidioidomycosis, uncommon in Europe, primarily affects South America travellers. We report a 58-year-old Colombian man, who has lived in France for 20years, presented with an axillary skin lesion seven years after his last trip to Colombia. The diagnosis of paracoccidioidomycosis was established using histopathological, mycological, and molecular analyses.
