Abstract
The new totally precast concrete Center City Parking Facility in Oklahoma City, Okla., was constructed in the heart of the business district on a site occupied by two old and functionally obsolete parking structures. The owner, Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA), wanted to add an additional 1000 parking spaces while maintaining parking operations during construction.
