Abstract
It is important to give every student a fair and suitable test. For multiple-choice questions, an examinee may cheat by looking at neighbors' answers quickly and secretly. Consequently, each examinee needs his/her tailored alternate test form. Identical concepts will be presented in different forms. This study proposes a heuristic algorithm to generate a test with multiple alternate test forms. That will make teachers' jobs easier.
