Abstract
A method is described for the determination of ammonia in sea and estuarine water employing an autoanalyzer. The manifold design allows for the determination of ammonia concentration in the range of 0.2–20 μg at NH 4-N/l over a salinity range of 35-10‰ with negligible interference from amino acids.
