An Assessment of A Management by Objectives Program by Black and White Managers, Supervisors, and Professionals.

Abstract

King and Bass' (1974) prediction that blacks may be more reluctant than whites to accept management programs such as management by objectives is explored in a racially mixed organization. Results indicate that blacks are more positive toward MBO than their white counterparts.
