Abstract
The article presents the analysis of climatic and hydrometeorological phenomena of the north-eastern part of the Black Sea in the water area of the Sea terminal. The research is carried out according to the Policy in the field of health protection and environmental in terms of the requirements of Russian and international standards. The analysis and statistical calculations involves data of the thirty-year series of the vertical profile currents. The main features of the sea climate (the Black Sea current) and seasonal weather features in this region are described. Furthermore, a major focus is paid to the characteristics and description of criteria for dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena.
