The safety, productivity and efficiency of the production of a mining enterprise is determined by the coherence of the interaction of its subjects - business owners, top management, line managers and workers, as well as specialists – in the formation and implementation of the production process as a unity of technological, labor and organizational and managerial processes, taking into account economic assessment of production risk. The level of coherence of interaction is determined, in turn, by the structure of the common goal of these subjects and the degree of unity in their understanding of the ways to achieve it, taking into account the needs, dangers and opportunities of each of them, the corresponding fine tuning of the logistics of the production process in the area of responsibility of each subject.
