Abstract
Most computer system modeling efforts must address two important implementation questions: first, how will hardware resource characteristics be modeled and second, how will program resource demand characteristics be represented. The first question, although extremely interesting, is deferred for another time. This paper describes a technique developed to partially answer the second question.
