Abstract

The article deals with the problem of developing safe and reliable control systems for technological processes of hazardous industries. The necessity of analyzing the corresponding reliability indicators of such systems at various stages of their development has been substantiated. For this purpose, the reliability analysis system is used, which takes into account a set of reliability indicators, such as the danger and limitation of failure. For the indicators, it is necessary to establish target criteria, the increase of which will determine the reliability of the formed system structure. It is also necessary to ensure that various principles of safety and reliability are taken into account in the analysis of control systems. Since taking into account such parameters and principles is time consuming, its automation is required. To automate this process, an original multi-attribute decomposition technique has been developed. On the basis of this technique, the components of the system (modules) that perform functions are determined, taking into account the importance of these functions, which makes it possible to assess the probabilities of the system being in various states.
