Abstract

A method for fault detection of networked control systems with network-induced delay is studied in this paper. In the method, a discrete-time model is used to describe the dynamic behavior of the networked control systems, the network-induced delay is supposed to be smaller than sampling period. First, a known structure matrix of network-induced delay is obtained by eigendecomposition, and then residual generator is constructed by introducing a parity matrix. The design of the parity matrix can be formulated as optimization problem with constrains of LMIs. Simulation results are also given to illustrate effectiveness of the proposed method.
