Abstract
目的 改革传统教学方法,探讨以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在妇幼卫生信息管理学教学中的应用价值,以提高教学效果和学生的学习效率.方法 以华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院妇幼卫生专业2003级专科班、2004级专升本班和2002级本科班为教学对象,在妇幼卫生信息管理学部分教学内容中应用PBL教学方法.结果 85%的学生认为,PBL教学方法对培养自学能力有帮助并促进自主学习;90%的学生认为PBL教学方法能够拓宽知识面;85%的学生在PBL教学中能够和同学进行很好的合作;73%的学生希望在以后的学习中继续采用PBL教学方法;82%的学生认为,PBL教学方法有助于培养终生学习的能力;本科学生认为,PBL教学方法有助于拓宽研究思路,提高理解能力,沟通表达能力和论文撰写能力.结论 PBL教学方法适用于妇幼卫生信息管理学的教学,但应当注意与课程内容和学生的学习能力相适应。
