Abstract

Abstract. Three atypical saline agglutinins were found in a serum and were identified as anti‐Vw, anti‐Bpa and anti‐M1. The patient is MN and the anti‐M2 is the first example to be found in the absence of anti‐M. The M1 antigen was present in 16.7% of Negro M‐positive samples. One M1N S‐s‐U‐ sample was also detected.
