Abstract

In the context of the lack of conscious exercise among college students, Compulsory intervention is helpless, but a large number of studies have proved that the intervention can quickly curb the physical decline of college students in stages, so it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to explore the benign development model. In this paper, questionnaire survey method and data analysis method were used to study the intervention results of students who were forced to punch in for running based on smart phone app. It can be given a conclusion, with the development of artificial intelligence technology; various wearable intelligent devices have provided a realistic path for scientific and reasonable monitoring and intervention of college students' extracurricular exercise. The results of this study show that the intervention method based on app running clock can enable students to realize exercise maintenance periodically, and experience the physical and mental improvement benefits brought by physical exercise during exercise maintenance for a certain period of time, so as to realize the cultivation of students' sports participation habits in the intervention field. However, blindly forcing students will also cause psychological burnout and physical and mental fatigue, resulting in a large number of negative emotions, which is not conducive to the later training of students' consciousness. The lack of real-time psychological guidance will also cause some students to go on the bike to clock in and draw money to find someone to run astray. Therefore, It is suggested that compulsory policy intervention should be adopted to solve the problem of students' exercise participation in the early stage when it is difficult for them to participate in exercise, and in the later stage, individualized intervention should be implemented for students of different genders and different exercise levels by adding more quantifiable ball games and dancing exercise programs that students are keen on. Sports companion support and feedback functions of wearable smart devices can make students get better exercise experience. And more incentives will be used to motivate students to participate in exercise consciously and promote the society, family, community and school to work together to realize the internalization of students' exercise motivation and finally to achieve the goal of students' exercise habit formation.
