Abstract
Objective To investigate the medical research projects and achievement in medical research during 2002 to 2011 in the hospital,to provide support for regulation of research and find problems during regulation promptly,and to determine whether the awarding measures play a incentive role.Methods The medical research projects and achievement in medical research during the year 2002to 2011 in the hospital were used as a study subject.The amount,level,expenses,professional distribution,and leaders of research were analyzed; the features,advantages,and constraint factors of research were assessed.Restlts The amount of research projects was 607 in 10 years,showing an increasing trend wtih year.The amount of projects in the years 2010 and 2011 elevated greatly after the establishment of awarding policies.But completion rate of medical research was lower and the advanced research was less.Among the leader of research,89.1% were 30 to 50 years old ( P< 0.05 ),54.1% had undergraduate education level ( P< 0.05 ),and 66.2% had middle-rank professional title ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusions The amount of medical research projects is increasing in the recent 10 years.Most of the researchers were 30 to 50 years old,with undergraduate education level and middle-rank professional title.
