Abstract

A roadnet work improvement in a city has many effects on an urbanization & socioeconomic activities. This article is a report of the positive analysis on a relationship between a road construction & a fixed property tax based on the case studies in cities of Japan. It is made clarify numericaly that an amount of fixed property tax are largely increased after the improvement of road net work, because an assessment of a fixed property tax & a floor area of buildings have been increased.
