The future development trends are that the dominant position of enterprise innovation and the core position of technological innovation are more prominent, the tripartite signing mechanism of Industry-University-Research should be improved under the framework of the government guidance and planning, the deep integration of Industry-University-Research needs to rely on collaborative innovation alliance or community, and build a resource service platform for collaborative innovation and deep integration of Industry-University-Research.
