Abstract

The cultivation objective of vocational education is training compound application talents with professional skills. This requires the teachers of vocational colleges should not only have systematic professional theoretical knowledge but also have strong practical abilities. They can teach in the classroom or practice in the factory. Theory and practice are mutually unified and meet the requirements of double qualified teachers. This paper first analyzes the different methods of double qualified teacher training in vocational education colleges at home and abroad, then analyzes the problems existing in double qualified teacher training in vocational schools, and finally focuses on the cultivation strategies of double qualified teachers.
