Abstract

Based on the theory of financial development and economic growth, an investigation has been conducted to reveal the contradictions and correlations between the finance and economic growth in the counties of China's Shandong Province. This paper has proposed some countermeasures through the investigation of counties of Shandong Province.

Introduction

County economy refers to the economy within administrative districts at the level of county. The county economy in Shandong province has brought the whole level of economic development up to a new town-based stage. How to transform the counties’ present economic development model to a scientific development model through accelerating the financial development, solving capital constraints and promote financial support is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.
