Abstract

In this paper, a comparative analysis of expenditure at a shopping area between car-using visitors and non-car using visitors was conducted. The result showed that the estimated yeary expenditure in the shopping area of non-car using visitors was higher than that of car-sing visitors. This result was due to negative correlation between the visiting frequency of car using visitors and their expenditure per day.
