Abstract

The object of the article is the analysis of economic growth and human development through the vision of Ferdinand Lassalle and the theory of real factors. Bibliographical research was used for this purpose, based on books and scientific articles and documentary research, whose fundamental basis was the Federal Constitution of 1988. Initially, we sought to understand the concept of growth and economic development and their differences. Later, the concept of human and social development was analyzed and, finally, the Theory of Real Power Factors was studied. In the final considerations, it was understood that, from the perspective of Lassalle's theory, the current economic and human development in Brazil is far from this reality and that the Federal Constitution cannot legally meet the needs of society in relation to the subject. . Thus, it ends up not finding the balance that a good law, the Royal Constitution, should bring, since it must have in its roots real factors of power that govern that country, otherwise its performance will remain negligible.
