Abstract
A coral reef aorta (CRA) is an increasingly recognized form of visceral aortic calcification. Retrospective case series have reported the risk factors and most common symptoms but considered only patients who had undergone operative treatment. Furthermore, the anatomy of a CRA with regard to particular symptoms is only beginning to be explored.
