Abstract

In order to solve the problems of large residual vibration and large balancing mass at some measurement points in the process of rotor dynamic balancing by the least squares influence coefficient method, a hybrid PSO-SSA optimization algorithm is proposed and introduced into the rotor dynamic balancing by the least squares influence coefficient method. The simulation results show that the PSO-SSA algorithm has good global convergence characteristics and stability. Finally, compared with the basic algorithm, the improved algorithm can effectively limit the counterweight mass and reduce the residual vibration, which verifies the correctness of the optimization algorithm and the feasibility of the method.
