Abstract

We propose in this paper a new method for diagnosing manufacturing hybrid systems. We are inspired by two methods: one is based on continuous Petri nets and the other is based on discrete Petri nets. The combination of these two methods will be based on hybrid Petri nets. Our approach is proposed in the form of an algorithm that treats the different steps to diagnose a manufacturing hybrid system whose discrete part controls the continuous part. We consider that the set of fault classes is partitioned into two subsets: continuous fault classes and discrete fault classes.
