Abstract
This paper proposes an algorithm for the solution of the classical Samuelson and Takayama and Judge model of spatial price equilibrium. Computational comparisons on randomly generated numerical examples suggest that this method is substantially more efficient and accurate and, at the same time, requires no more computer storage than an earlier algorithm.
