Abstract

Meeting scheduling deals with resource allocation, which has been extensively discussed in the field of distributed artificial intelligence. The conference consultation has a great demand for those related participants. Agent technology can reflect the characteristics of humanoid social organization and incarnate flexible behavior, when it disposes this kind of scheduling problem. This paper describes an improved meeting scheduling negotiation model, a detailed analysis, and its specific implementations are given. The meeting scheduling system consists of web interface and background program based on Multi-Agents System, and achieves the Multi-Agents system which is based on distributed computing environment by a web GUI to access its management.
