Abstract
In this article, we show that the modular equation <TEX>${\Phi}_p^{T_q}(X,Y)$</TEX> of Thompson series <TEX>$T_q$</TEX> corresponding to <TEX>${\Gamma}_0(q)+q$</TEX> gives an affine model of a modular curve <TEX>$X_0(pq)+q$</TEX>.
