Abstract

Negative impedance of constant power loads may lead to the instability of DC-DC converter. To address this issue, an adaptive nonlinear control strategy based on Passivity-Based Control (PBC) is proposed in this paper. From the energy point of view, the DC-DC converter with constant power load is analyzed and the controller is designed. While ensuring the stability of the large signal of the system, it effectively improves the robustness of the system. Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) technology is introduced into the controller design process, and a nonlinear observer is adopted to estimate the unknown constant power load online. The simulation results verify the feasibility and superiority of the control strategy proposed in this paper.
