Abstract

The article is devoted to solving the problem of assessing the level of maturity of a higher education institution. The article considers both a methodology for assessing maturity for one period (year) and tracking the history of changes in maturity levels. The object of the study was the directorate of the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Science and Technology named after M.F. Reshetnev. Self-assessment is carried out based on surveys of teachers and employees of university management services, including former ones, for different periods. The structure of the study is based on the Voyager Plant Optimization method; the questionnaires were developed following the McKinsey model and adapted to the system of higher professional education in Russia. The results obtained reflect the stable, progressive development of the university management system over review.
